Son of Stephen Benallack and Katherin Scawen, father of Dorcas Benallack and husband of Margery Ustick

John was born in St Just, Penwith, Cornwall in c.1660. He was the son of Stephen Bennallack and Katherin Scawen

He married Margery Ustick on 30^th April  1687 in St Just. Margery was baptised on 17^th September 1664 in St Just in Penwith and was the daughter of John Ustick and Margaret Shearme
